our story

The West Glam is co-owned by mother-daughter duo, Izobella Yusupov and Olga Sinelnikov. Izobella is a licensed esthetician with over 20 years of experience in skincare and wellness, while Olga brings over 15 years of expertise in retail management and customer service.

For as long as they can remember, Izobella and Olga dreamed of opening a salon together—a place where beauty, professionalism, and community could come together in one inspiring space. That dream became a reality with The West Glam.

What began as a shared vision soon evolved into a personal calling for Olga, who discovered her passion for being behind the chair and returned to school to become a licensed hairstylist. Today, she leads with both business savvy and creative artistry, bringing a unique perspective to the salon experience.

The West Glam gets its name from Westfield, the vibrant town they love and live beside. The space itself is a reflection of their aesthetic—an inviting balance of natural textures, minimal design, and bright, joyful accents. It’s designed to feel like a second home and a tribute to all things beauty.
