Appointment Reservations, Cancellations & Deposits

To ensure your preferred appointment time, we recommend booking in advance or reserving your next visit at the conclusion of your current service. Our professional team allocates time specifically for each guest, so a credit card is required to secure all appointments.

Appointments are subject to availability. Service offerings and pricing are subject to change without notice.

Deposits

A $25 deposit is required for all online bookings of services totaling $50 or more. This deposit will be applied to your service total at checkout.

• If you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be fully refunded.

• If you reschedule with 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.

• Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice.

cancellations or rescheduling

As a courtesy, we provide appointment reminders in advance of your visit. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a charge of 50% of the scheduled service value. Missed appointments with no notice will be charged 100% of the service value.

payments, gratuity & gift cards

Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, most Major Credit Cards and West Glam Gift Cards. Gratuity is accepted in cash, check, or Venmo for select technicians. We do not accept gratuity on credit or debit cards.

The West Glam gift card contains value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Gift card must be presented at time of payment and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Our gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the gift card.

refunds

In the event you are not satisfied with your product purchase, you may return your unopened/unused product for a refund to the original method of payment. Opened and/or used products will be refunded as salon credit in the form of a West Glam gift card. All returns must be made within 7 days of purchase.
